Visto, comprato e letto tutto nello stesso giorno.
Ero ansioso di tuffarmi di nuovo nelle avventure di Martino Sepe, il protagonista del precedente romanzo di Sebastiano Mauri, Goditi il Problema.
Invece mi sono trovato di fronte un saggio sulla condizione dei gay in Italia, oggi.
“Per qualcuno che ha speso gran parte della propria vita a condannare se stesso, la condanna degli altri ha un effetto immediato.
Ti riporta subito indietro ad uno stato che speravi facesse parte del passato, anche quando ti sei assolto”.
Tutte le tesi del libro sono condivisibili, ma questo è il passaggio che più mi ha colpito.
Mi ha riportato indietro e mi ha fatto capire che tutti siamo omofobi e tutti siamo vittime di omofobia.
La narrazione ha perso la verve del libro precedente ma la vis dialettica è rimasta intatta.
Un buon libro da regalare a tutti gli amici omofobi che incontriamo sul nostro cammino.

Seen, bought and read in the same day.
I was eager to dive back into the adventures of Martino Sepe, the protagonist of Sebastiano Mauri’s previous novel, Enjoy the Problem.
Instead I found myself in front of an essay on the plight of gays in Italy today.
“For someone who has spent much of his life to condemn himself, the condemnation of others has an immediate effect.
It brings you straight back to a state you were hoping to be part of the past, even when you acquitted. ”
All the thesis of the book can be shared, but this is the passage that struck me most.
It brought me back and it made me realize that we are all homophobic, and we are all victims of homophobia.
The narration has lost the verve of the previous book, but the dialectic vis remained intact.
A good book to give to all the friends who meet on our way homophobic.
